Scholarships

Full and partial camp scholarships are awarded to families earning 1 to 3 times the federal poverty level or less. For 2024, this amount is $30,000 to $90,000 per year for a family of four.

To be considered for a scholarship:

1. Submit a completed camp registration form and pay the $30 scholarship application fee per applicant.

2. Register early to reserve a space in camp while waiting for scholarship availability results.

Important Deadlines:

• Summer Camp: Submit all forms as soon as possible! No deadlines if done before the camp. If approved you’ll receive a discount code via email.

How to Apply:

• Submit the completed Scholarship Application Form and all requested documentation.

• Scan and email documents to tory@makeartpdx.com

• Note: We cannot accept forms or documents in person at this time.

2025 Make Art PDX Scholarship Application
Scholarship awards are limited and will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis. Both the art registration application and the scholarship application must be completed to qualify.

Automatic Qualification Considerations:

• Families already receiving public assistance (e.g., reduced school lunches, subsidized health care plans) should submit verification letters or copies of documentation to expedite the confirmation process.
